The death certificate says that Bastiaan/Christiaan was 80 years old. This information is at odds with the birth record that is cited here. However, I believe that there was an error on the death certificate regarding age since David the person declaring the death also declares his age wrong on other records. All of the other records associated with Bastiaan/Christiaan seem to indicate that the attached sources are for the correct person.
